Before launching Better Boss Co. in 2024, he co-founded two startups – one in immersive automotive tech, the other supporting founders of innovation-driven startups from strategy to investor talks.

Prior to that, Charles led global teams in sales, HR, finance, and marketing at an international tech consultancy.

This is a live, in-person workshop in Mainz with an experienced facilitator. We aim for 4.5 hours max, with strategic breaks to keep you engaged with interactive exercises. Small group size (max. eight people) ensures your questions get individual attention. You'll work on real hiring scenarios, not theoretical content. All materials are yours to keep permanently, but the discussion stays confidential to encourage honest questions.

If you don't feel significantly more confident about your hiring process after the workshop, we'll refund your fee. All we ask is that you provide thorough feedback on what you expected based on our workshop description versus what you experienced, and what we'd need to improve to meet those expectations. This helps us continuously refine the program.
