Charles has mentored and coached top talents throughout his career, helping them to step up and grow into confident leaders and managers.
Before launching Better Boss Co. in 2024, he co-founded two startups – one in immersive automotive tech, the other supporting founders of innovation-driven startups from strategy to investor talks.
Prior to that, Charles led global teams in sales, HR, finance, and marketing at an international tech consultancy.
